After contacting your local post office service ( UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, DHL...) you still need assistance

We unfortunately cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has started processing. to make sure you receive your order in time, we will start processing the orders as soon as we receive it, this means once your order has been placed you may not be able to cancel it.

No! sorry, we don't customize our items, we ship them as they are.

Pre-order items have
their shipping date in the description. If your order has a pre-order item all
the items will ship together on the dispatch day of the order, and there will
be an additional shipping cost.

We apologize that you received a damaged item pls send a photo of the damaged product to customerservicecyarswim.com
with a resolution pls note, a damaged item outside of a 15-day return window
cannot be returned or refunded.

All shipments crossing international borders are subject to by the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. Cyar swim had no control over these charges as they vary between countries. they are your responsibility. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Cyar Swim doesn't provide return shipping labels. A handing fee will be assessed on orders reduced by to an " un-deliverable" or incomplete address.
NB: Shipping fees do not cover duties and taxes shipping fees are paid to the shipping company and duties and taxes are paid to your government this doesn't apply to CANADA and USA.

Shipping dates for pre-order items are indicated in the product description. Most pre-orders take between 4 and 7 weeks. If you have both pre-order and in-stock items in your shopping cart, your complete order will be shipped when your pre-order items are ready for shipment.
