Born in a small neighborhood in the borough of Douala 3rd in Cameroon, Cyar Swim owned by Cinthia Minkoumou, is a brand of swimsuits and accessories with ethnic motifs that draw its story from the different ethnic groups that overflow in Cameroon, including other tribes of the world.
From Swimsuits to Global Recognition
Over the past 5 years, Cyar Swim has gained repeated recognition for its work and has appeared in ELLE US, BET, NEW YORK TIMES, NEW YORK STYLE, AFRICA RADIO, and more... Apart from putting on swimsuits, Cyar Swim extends its products in socks and beach bags.
A Passionate Beginning: Empowering Women Through Fashion
Founded in 2020, Cyar Swim under the joints of four passionate young girls, working in a micro workshop built at the back of her mother's house; the goal here was to create employment for them and ideally value through exclusive models with bright and ethnic colors where all women in the world, regardless of their morphologies, social and racial affiliations could identify themselves, and in the process put an additional boost in their self-confidence.
