CYAR SWIM GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE & REFUND POLICY

1. Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the relationship between the brand Cyar Swim (hereinafter "the Brand") and any person making a purchase via the official website www.cyarcollection.com.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these GTC without reservation.

2. Products

Cyar Swim offers swimwear and beachwear designed with particular attention to quality, design, and durability.

Each product is presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, slight variations (colors, finishes) may exist, notably due to manufacturing processes or screen displays.

All items are offered subject to availability.

3. Price

Prices are indicated in the currency displayed on the site, including all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs.

Cyar Swim reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

4. Ordering

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

The order is considered confirmed once payment has been validated.

Cyar Swim reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

  • Suspicion of fraud

  • Prior dispute

  • Inaccurate information

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Accepted payment methods are those proposed on the website (credit card, online payment solutions, etc.).

Transactions are secure. No banking data is stored by Cyar Swim.

6. Shipping & Delivery

a. Processing Times Orders are prepared within 1 to 4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

b. Delivery Cyar Swim offers national and international shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard: 3 to 10 business days

  • Express: 2 to 5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

c. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process. Free shipping offers may be proposed occasionally.

d. Tracking A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent as soon as the package is shipped.

7. Return & Refund Policy 

At Cyar Swim, every piece is designed to enhance the body. For hygiene reasons, strict conditions apply.

a. Right of Withdrawal The customer has 7 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request.

b. Return Conditions Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • With tags intact

  • With the hygiene protection seal NOT removed!!!

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

c. Non-eligible Products For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Swimwear without the hygiene protection seal

  • Worn or damaged items

  • Items on sale/promotion (unless otherwise stated)

d. Procedure All requests must be made by email to:  contact@cyarcollection.com

Once validated, return instructions will be provided.

e. Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

f. Refund Once the return is received and validated, the refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable (except in the case of a brand error).

8. Defective Items or Order Errors

If an item has a defect or if there is an error on the part of Cyar Swim:

The customer must contact customer service within 48 hours with supporting photos.

A solution will be offered promptly:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Store credit

9. Liability

Cyar Swim shall not be held liable for:

  • Improper use of products

  • Delays attributable to carriers

  • Cases of force majeure

10. Personal Data 

The information collected is used solely within the framework of the commercial relationship.

The customer has the right to access, modify, and delete their data by contacting:  contact@cyarcollection.com

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Cyar Swim website (visuals, content, designs, identity) are protected. Any reproduction or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.

12. Applicable Law

These GTC are governed by the laws applicable to the company's headquarters. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
