SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We do not accept returns; we only accept exchanges. If the price is different from the model chosen for exchange, Cyar Swim will take it upon itself to complete 50% of the additional price and you the rest.

Please ensure the product has not been washed, worn, or damaged, and we will gladly exchange it. All swimwear must be returned in its original packaging; all tags must be attached, and sanitary liner must be in place.

Exchanges are accepted 10 days after delivery; after this time, we will, unfortunately, not accept return exchanges. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will put you on a priority waiting list for restocking and notify you via Email or Message.

SHIPPING

Your order will be sent via the main local carriers and courier partners. You will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.
We ship to the USA, CANADA, EUROPE, AFRICA, and other countries worldwide.
You will receive your order within :
- 3 to 4 working days in CANADA.
- 3 to 4 working days in the USA.
- 5 to 10 working days in EUROPE.
- 6 to 14 working days in AFRICA.
